Additional Infomation About Product

The CBM706RAS8 is an 8-pin SOP (small-outline package) RoHS (restriction of hazardous substances) microprocessor and microcontroller supervisors manufactured by Corebai Microelectronics. It is designed to protect and support system reset operations. The device provides a reset output with a low active signal in response to a detected low-supply voltage of VDD2 or an applied manual reset signal. It additionally consists of chip power-on reset (CPOR) circuitry which provides power up reset. The reset signal is maintained until VDD2 rises to a valid level (typically VDD2-6%) and then held for a guaranteed time period (140ms) to ensure stable operation of the system.
