The CBMuD1200LAS8 is an 8-pin SOIC-8 Digital Isolator manufactured by Corebai Microelectronics. It is a RoHS-compliant part that provides a high isolation voltage of 1.2kV with a minimum working isolation voltage of 1,000VAC for 1 minute. The CBMuD1200LAS8 features high data-rate performance of up to 1,000k a second, low power dissipation, and a wide temperature range operation up to 85°C. The part is ideal for applications such as data acquisition systems, high-speed signal switching, digital selectors, and other isolation circuits. Additionally, the part has an isolation breakdown voltage of >3.75kV (1.2kV guaranteed) and a maximum propagation delay of 250ns.
