The CH601ASR with SOT-23-3L Hall Sensor ROHS manufactured by Cosemitech is a low-power, high-efficiency, all-digital Hall sensor designed for applications requiring compact size. This Hall sensor is capable of detecting three-dimensional magnetic fields and provides highly accurate outputs. It has a low current consumption of only 350 nA and features integrated protection against reverse polarity and ESD protection. It is built with an integrated shield for improved EMI performance and wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. This device is compliant to RoHS standards and is designed for automotive applications.
