ElectronicsThe KP12100E with Optocouplers DIP-4 RoHS manufactured by Cosmo Electronics is a four-channel optocoupler that helps isolate high-voltage signals from low-voltage circuits. It is designed to transfer digital data between two different circuits with high speed and accuracy. The part is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive that sets limits on certain hazardous substances in electrical equipment. It has a common emitter type circuit for the output and it is able to transfer Digital signal at a rate of up to 100 Mbps. It has a peak transfer current of 1.0mA and a minimum transfer current of 0.2mA. It also has a forward voltage of 1.2V maximum and an isolation voltage of 5.0kVrms.
