CLD-DS51 Rev 14A Product family data sheet Cree XLamp XP-G2 LEDs LeD pictures and labels underneath are in a table XP-G2 Standard LED XP-G2 High Efficacy LED Pro DuCt DESCriPtion FEAturES The original XLamp XP-G2 LeD pioneered a broad set of LeD Available in white, outdoor white and 80, 85 and 90CRI applications for the industry, including outdoor and area lighting, white and has since served as a preferred choice by manufacturers ANSIcompatible chromaticity bins that require advanced output, efficacy and optical control. The Binned at 85C compact and proven 3.45mm XP platform has an excellent Maximum drive current: Standard: 1500mA, HE: 2000mA ecosystem of optics and system solutions available, enabling Low thermal resistance: Standard: 4C/W, HE: 3C/W lighting manufacturers to simplify their design process and Wide viewing angle: Standard: 120, HE: 125 shorten time to market. Unlimited floor life at 30C/85% RH Reflow solderable JEDEC JSTD020C XP-G2 LeDs are now available in two different White versions: electrically neutral thermal path Standard and High Efficacy (HE). XPG2 Standard is the same RoHS and ReACh compliant breakthrough product that enabled a broad set of new LeD UL recognized component (E349212) applications for ceramic highpower LEDs. The new High Efficacy version extends this legacy with a dropin upgrade for existing designs optimized around XPG2 LEDs. XPG2 HE LEDs leverage Crees latest highpower chip technology to deliver 25 percent more light output via a higher maximum current of 2000mA, higher efficacy and lower thermal resistance.
