BCR430UW6Q LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE LINEAR LED DRIVER IC IN SOT26 Description Features This Linear LED driver is designed to meet the stringent requirements LED Current Tolerance of 5% at 95mA Output Current of automotive applications. Thermal Protection Reduces LED Current at Elevated Temperature The BCR430UW6Q is a monolithically integrated linear LED controller Low Typical Saturation Voltage of 115mV at 50mA designed to function as a Constant Current Regulator (CCR) for linear 5mA to 100mA Adjustable LED Current with an External Resistor LED driving. The device operates over a voltage range from 5V to 5V to 42V Supply Voltage 42V and regulates the output LED current up to 100mA, set by an High Power 1W Dissipation in SOT26 external resistor. It is designed for driving LEDs in strings and will No External Capacitor is Required for Stable Operation reduce current at increasing temperatures to self-protect. The low LED Dimming Using PWM voltage drop during current regulation allows efficient driving of LED Parallel Devices to Increase Regulated Current strings with a range of forward voltages and supply voltage Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2) tolerances.
