Additional Infomation About Product

The TB2300M-13-F is a Thyristor Surge Protection Device (TSPD) manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is a low capacitance, ultra fast device that provides protection from surge voltage spikes up to 190V and 50A. It is designed to protect various electrical components connected to data lines from high voltage transients without introducing significant noise and crosstalk issues. The device also features overvoltage MCU detection circuitry to alert the user when the voltage spikes exceed a safe level. The device also provides overcurrent protection, LED indicators and current shunting functionality. It is designed for both PCB and chassis mounting applications.
