ZXGD3004E6 40V 8A GATE DRIVER IN SOT26 Description Features The ZXGD3004E6 is a high-speed, non-inverting single gate driver High-Gain Buffer with Typically 1.9A Output from 10mA Input designed for switching MOSFETs or IGBTS.
