Additional Infomation About Product

The ESD3Z12 is a surface mount ESD suppression diode from Diotec. It is a low capacitance bidirectional device designed to protect sensitive circuits from electrostatic discharges (ESD). The device is rated for an IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) level of 15kV (air) and 8kV (contact) for both Polarizations. It has a maximum leakage current of 100nA and can withstand peak operating voltages up to 30V. The ESD3Z12 has a fast response time of less than 5ns and is rated for operating temperatures between -55°C and +125°C. The device is RoHS compliant and has an ultra-small footprint of 0.6mm x 0.6mm.
