The SMBJ54A with 87.1V 60V 54V Unidirectional SMB (DO-214AA) TVS ROHS made by DOWO is a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode. It is a surface-mount form factor with Unidirectional design surge protection for high-current and high-voltage applications. It is rated for up to 87.1V of input voltage, 60V of sustained voltage, and 54V peak pulse surge voltage. The SMBJ54A has a reverse leakage current of 1uA at 5V. This diode is RoHS compliant and has a maximum surge current of 175A. It can handle peak pulse powers of up to 800W.
