Additional Infomation About Product

The FSC400ML part of Electrolube is a fiber strengthening compound that relieves PCB surface strain. It is ideal for die-attach and lamination processes, as it features a unique glass fiber property that allows it to provide strong mechanical stability, structural durability, and thermal conductivity. The filler also helps to prevent the cracking and splitting of PCB surfaces, which increases reliability and reduces the risk of failure. The compound is heat- and moisture-resistant, enabling the efficient curing of the adhesive and thereby providing excellent protection against environmental conditions. In addition, the product offers superior flame retardance and superior electrical insulation.
