The EB8017 is a high-performance multi-standard RF front-end module (FEM) designed to provide total radio frequency (RF) solutions for applications such as Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, Zigbee and mesh networks. It is housed in a 3.2mm×2.5mm package, and features an integrated power amplifier (PA) together with a low noise amplifier (LNA). The amplifier provides high linearity with 21 dB of total gain and low noise figure, allowing for improved RX sensitivity and TX output power. It also includes an input/output port for filtering, which greatly increases the module’s versatility and allows for a wide range of operating frequencies from 2.400 to 2.500GHz. The EB8017 is made in compliance with the IEEE 802.11b/g/n standards and is suitable for applications that require excellent RF performance.
