Additional Infomation About Product

The Everlight IR91-21C is a through hole Infrared (IR) LED that is RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) compliant. It has built-in lens for narrow viewing angle and is ideal for short-range communication or transmission applications. It has a peak wavelength of 940nm, a viewing angle of 25 degrees, and a maximum output power of 120mW. The device is made up of a phosphor-coated gallium arsenide diode and is resistant to ESD, moisture, and vibration. It has a long operational life of up to 10,000 hours and a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.
