Additional Infomation About Product

The IRM-H638T/TR2(DX) is an infrared receiver SMD RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant device manufactured by Everlight. It is a top sensing infrared receiver designed for use with high speed digital circuits. The device has a high level of immunity to ambient light and can sense both pulse and continuous amplitude modulated optical signals ranging from 25 kHz to 500 kHz. It also features a very fast response time of less than 150ns, under 500kHz modulation. The package is a miniature 8 pin DFN (Dual Flat No-Lead) and can operate from a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.3V.
