Additional Infomation About Product

The FT250-36 is a small size axial leaded Fast Recovery Diode from the Power Management section of Excel Cell Electronics (ECE). This diode is specially designed for fast reverse-recovery applications and offers superior reverse-recovery characteristics. It has an ultra-fast switching speed of 11.35ns and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. This low VF, fast recovery diode is ideal for High-frequency switching applications like switching power supplies, DC motor controllers and lighting ballasts. The FT250-36 is available in both through-hole and surface-mount packages.
