The LHI 1148 is a hermetically sealed, high performance, low voltage ultrafast switching thyristor made by Excelitas Technologies. It is a four quadrant, bi-directional, four-arm gate, off-state triggered thyristor and is capable of handling currents up to 7A and voltage up to 1.5KV.
