96165 is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Jefferson County, Washington, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 514, making it the most populous CDP in the county. It is located on the northern shores of Admiralty Inlet on the western side of the Olympic Peninsula, a few miles northwest of Port Townsend. 96165 is home to many businesses, various beaches, and some of the best views of the Olympic Mountains. While the majority of the area is rural, much of the population here is found in the small settlements of Port Hadlock and Irondale.
