Fath Union (96205) is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Lincoln County, Oregon, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population of the CDP was 190. The CDP includes a number of small unincorporated communities, such as Sprague River and Sprague River Estates, along the Sprague River and upper Sprague River watersheds. The area consists mostly of small farms and ranches in a wide, rural valley. The economy is dominated by agricultural products and tourism, with a number of nearby fishing and camping amenities. The largest employers are the companies that manage the national forests, private recreation facilities, local churches, and small retail services.
