Additional Infomation About Product

The FP6395D7 is a RoHS-compliant LED driver with TDFN-6 package from Fitipower. It is a buck-boost LED driver that provides a regulated brightness output for applications with LED loads ranging from 5mA to 50mA. The device has a 2.5V to 5V input voltage range, and offers up to a 400:1 analog dimming ratio. It has an internal PWM frequency up to 1.25 MHz, and provides an adjustable dead time in order to protect the LED and minimize the EMI. The device also features an open and short LED detection, various dimming modes, and programmable soft-start, allowing for versatile LED control.
