The 74HC245TS is an 8-bit transceiver/register with non-inverting 3-state outputs from Fuman. It is part of the 74HC245 family of devices, which are CMOS logic devices with high-speed transceivers that provide the required switching capability with a wide supply voltage range of 2–6 V. This device features 8-bit transceivers and registers, and has three-state outputs with high sink current capabilities to drive a variety of bus buffers. It is packaged in a standard TSSOP-20-pin RoHS-compliant package. The device features Ioff circuit design, allowing partial power-down without loss of data, an address lock for increased bus noise immunity, and hot insertion/removal capabilities. It has a high fan-out capability of 10 standard TTL loads, and supports fan-out of 1.8V or 3V signals. The propagation delay is typically 17–20 ns, and it is capable of meeting or exceeding the requirements of the AEC-Q100 Grade 2 standard for automotive ICs.
