The FM3783A is a SOP-7 RoHS certified switching controller manufactured by Fuman. It is designed to control synchronous buck converters with PWM current modulation for voltage regulation. It includes an integrated power MOSFET gate driver with external level-shifting gate driver inputs, an adjustable frequency oscillator, an error amplifier, an over-current detection comparator, a short-circuit protection circuit and a thermal shutdown circuit. This controller is ideal for use in voltage regulators, LED drivers, DC/DC converter power supplies, heated bed power supplies, motor drives, and other switching applications.
