AS-8606 is a high-performance, multi-channel audio processor, designed to optimize audio reproduction within the home cinema or multi-room audio environments. It includes 6 channels of inputs and 16 channels of outputs, providing up to 8-way surround sound with up to sixteen independent audio sources. It has a wide frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and provides +24dB of gain and up to 120 dB of dynamic range. It is capable of supporting multiple digital audio formats, including Dolby Digital Plus, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, and Dolby TrueHD. It also has a built-in equalizer, a parametric equalizer, and a balanced XLR output. The AS-8606 also features an integrated noise reduction system and dynamic bass boost, providing better overall sound quality.
