GPS1BHAE is a part of General Electric's GPS 1 System, which is a comprehensive real-time single-source monitoring system for aircraft electrical and environmental systems. It collects and stores comprehensive data from multiple sources, including electrical systems, environmental systems, aircraft components, and external traffic. It monitors up to 1,500 parts and systems across up to 8 aircraft simultaneously. The central processor ships with a socketed MIL-STD-1553 Dual Redundant Bus Interface and built-in, high-speed event capture. The system can be used either as a standalone navigation and performance monitoring solution or integrated into the aircraft’s existing navigation, maintenance, and operations systems. GPS 1 sensors interface with other aircraft systems and allow constant updates that can be used to troubleshoot and repair systems in the field. It is designed to deliver complete situational awareness, allowing pilots and maintenance staff full awareness of aircraft performance and system conditions at all times.
