TechnologyThe G9661MRE1U Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) manufactured by Global Mixed-mode Technology is a TDFN3X3-10 RoHS device. It features a wide input voltage range from 2.2 V to 6.0 V, adjustable output voltage range from 0.75 V to 2.5 V, and an ultra low dropout voltage of only 68 mV. It also features a high PSRR of 60 dB, as well as low ground pin current and low output voltage noise. The device is equipped with a high quiescent current accuracy of ±2%, and a high ripple rejection ration of 55 dB at 10 kHz. The ultra-small TDFN3X3-10 form factor of this device makes it an excellent choice for space-constrained applications.
