Additional Infomation About Product

GH266 with Driver ICs TO-94 RoHS from GoChip Elec Tech is a high-accuracy, low-power pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller capable of driving up to 16 outputs. It includes a 4-channel power source and two integrated dual low-side FET driver ICs, allowing it to handle up to 8 load outputs. The integrated dual FET driver ICs feature a unique, adaptive RDSon mechanism that automatically adjusts current level to the maximum allowed by each particular load, maintaining efficiency at all times. A built-in current sense amplifier offers active current control and is compatible with N-channel TrenchFETs. The GH266 is housed in the TO-94 RoHS package and can operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C
