Goobay 68868 is an adapter cable suitable for connecting an Ethernet (RJ-45) Network Switch port to a Fibre Channel port. It comes with two LC connectors on each end with male type SFP/XFP/BiDi transceivers. It supports speeds up to 8.5Gbps, and is compatible with 10/100/1000BaseTX and 1000BaseSX/LX technologies. It is designed for use in data communication networks, for applications such as Ethernet backbone, storage area networks, and data centers. It has a durable outer casing that protects against dust, reducing any chances of an unexpected disconnection. The adapter cable is lightweight and portable, perfect for situations where instant connections are required.
