The GT24L16M1Y20 is a Font chips DFN-8 (dual flat no-lead) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant nonvolatile memory manufactured by Gotop. It is an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) which is used in applications such as automotive controllers, terminals, utilities, and other security-critical applications. This memory device features a low-voltage serial I/O bus, ultra-low power consumption, simple programming, large erase sectors, high speed access time, and a wide temperature range. The memory device is offered in two different densities of 4K and 8K bits and is available in commercial and industrial temperature range. The GT24L16M1Y20 is also available in a DEV technology which allows data storage and protection from the external environment.
