The 74HCT04N is a quad inverter chip from GTC Circuits' line of high-speed CMOS Logic ICs. It contains four independent inverters, with Schmitt-trigger inputs for improved noise immunity. It features a low power consumption (typically Iccmax of 6mA and Iccp max of 10mA) and improved propagation delay times, making it ideal for applications requiring high speed, low power, and high noise immunity such as for logic clocks, pulse and logic amplifiers, timers, oscillators and CPU interfacing. The 74HCT04N is available SOIC, SOP, and SSOP packages.
