GRF4142 Released LNA/Driver w/Bypass Tuning Range: 0.1 to 6.0 GHz Product Description GRF4142 is a low noise amplifier (LNA) with low loss by- pass which requires only a single control input. It is de- signed for high performance applications up to 6 GHz. With minimal external matching, the device achieves outstanding noise figure (NF), high gain and high lineari- ty. The LNA is operated from a single positive supply of Features 1.8 to 5.0 V with a selectable Iddq range of 15 to 80 mA.
