The WS3222ECY TSSOP-20 with RS232 ICs ROHS is a highly integrated, cost-effective 8-bit microcontroller manufactured by Guobo Electronics. It features a powerful on-chip 16-bit core processor, serial interfaces, low power consumption, peripheral wake-up unit, fully integrated analog/digital peripherals, timer/counters, true real-time clock and memory functions. The WS3222ECY has an advanced low-power CMOS process, designed to meet the devices’ power optimization requirements. It features a unique ultra low-power architecture, with power consumption as low as 50uA in full active (at 3V) and 120uA in power down mode. It supports explicit remote wake-up from any peripheral or external wake-up inputs. This provides flexibility and enables efficient energy management and data acquisition during sleep mode. The ROHS compliant chip also features High Speed USB 2.0 and 10/100 Ethernet compatible features.
