The 1593STBU is part of the Hammond Manufacturing 1593 STB Enclosure System, which is a series of steel wall mount enclosure boxes designed for professional-grade storage and organization of essential electrical circuits, instruments, and components. The 1593STBU is a double-door configuration of the 1593STB box, which includes a hinged door with a quarter-turn latch, gasket, and continuous piano hinge, as well as an 8-point ground stud and air-flow vents, and a fully enclosed flat-bottom flange mount. The enclosure and its mounting hardware are made of 18-gauge steel and powder-coated in a light gray color. The box and mount are UL- and NEMA-approved, meaning it is durable, impact and weather resistant, and safe for installations in wet and outdoor locations.
