The HDSC HC32F190FCUA-QFN32TR is a 32-bit flash microcontroller with Other Processors and Microcontrollers (MCUs) QFN-32 RoHS. It features a high-performance 32-bit RISC CPU core as well as an extensive peripheral set including up to 95 general-purpose I/O pins, multiple timers, PWC, a hardware multiplier, and one UART. The device supports 64K/128/256K/512K/1024K/2048K/4096K/8192K bytes of internal flash memory with 0 wait state. The device also has an Advanced High-performance Bus (AHB) with up to 16, 32-bit address and data buses, supports up to 8 interrupt sources, and is capable of executing instructions at up to 60MHz. In addition, the device includes a Flash Programmable Memory Protection Module (FPMPM), an 8-level stack, a 14-bit A/D converter, and up to 5 independent PWMs. The QFN-32 package is RoHS compliant and is available with low to extended temperature ranges.
