OPOWERThe HE2280A50MR is a linear voltage regulator (LDO) manufactured by HEERMICROPOWER. It is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator with a SOT23-3 package and is compliant with the RoHS directive. It has a maximum output current of 50mA and a maximum dropout voltage of 750mV (at 10mA). The range of output voltages available are 3.3V, 5V, or adjustable from 1.24V to 10V. It is designed to minimise excessive power consumption, with high power efficiency and low power consumption. The device is suitable for variety of applications such as lighting, power management, protection circuitry and sensors. It features low noise, high current rejection, and a guaranteed minimum output current of 10mA. The device also has over-temperature and over-current protection. The parts are available in either leaded and green compliance RoHS substrate.
