OUThe HE5080E with ESOP-8 Battery Management ICs ROHS manufactured by HEERMICROU is a single chip advanced battery protection IC equipped with an industry-leading integrated array of 8-channel MOSFETs. It utilizes the patented Equal-FET protection technology which increases protection accuracy and offers excellent NTC temperature measurement capabilities. The device has excellent self-supporting features such as over-temperature, overcharge and over-discharge detection, and is compatible with most of the standard Lithium batteries, in various sizes and shapes. It is perfect for various applications in the mobile and automotive industries. The IC’s power efficiency is improved due to the integrated active MOSFETs, and its flexibility is also improved due to the low voltage requirements. Additionally, the device includes protective features such as reverse current protection, reverse battery protection and overvoltage protection.
