OWAVEThe HE61CN3302MR with SOT23-3 Monitors & Reset Circuits is a three-terminal ROHS-compliant electronic component manufactured by HEERMICROWAVE. This part is a voltage monitor circuit designed to detect power supply thresholds over a wide range of input voltages, and reset the monitored equipment automatically when the input voltage exceeds the set voltage level. The input voltage range of this part is 2.25 V (Minimum) to 28 V (Maximum) without any external components, and its operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. It also has a wide range of variable reset time-out periods, and an on-chip power up reset time delay of 500 mS. The SOT23-3 package provides long-term reliability and comes in a variety of form factors to ensure that it can be used in a variety of applications.
