Additional Infomation About Product

The HellermannTyton 556-00451 Printer’s External Reel Holder for Thermal Transfer Printer is a non-metallic enclosure that houses a thermal transfer printer’s reel holder that is externally connected to the printer. It mounts on the printer'smedia tray for easy access and simple operation. Internal capacity for two spools of ribbon or wire holds up to 1000’ of material and is designed to maintain the correct tension to ensure printing accuracy. With a maximum temperature of 500°F (260°C), the Printer’s External Reel Holder can be used in many applications, such as maker label printing, barcoding, and general purpose labeling. It features a convenient window on the front of the holder that allows the operator to easily measure the length of material on the ribbon or wire reel. The Printer’s External Reel Holder is designed for easy installation and removal without needing additional tools. This durable holder is made with UL 94-5VA rated ABS material and is resistant to chemicals, water, and other contaminants for long-lasting use.
