It offers an input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, with an adjustable output range of 1.2V to 3.3V. It is designed for use in portable devices, providing semi-accurate regulation over a wide range of temperatures, and featuring an under 5 mV output voltage drop and fast transient response time. Its on-chip power MOSFET makes it highly power efficient, with a quiescent current of only 1.5µA. Additionally, it has over-current protection, and reverse-battery protection. It is packaged in a SOT-23-3L package.
