The CD4093BE is a member of HGSEMI's Quad 2-input NAND Schottky Gates and Inverters DIP-14 RoHS-compliant package series. It is a dual 4-input NAND gate IC, with each gate having two sets of input, A1/B1 and A2/B2, and an output, Y1 and Y2. Each gate uses one Schottky diode to ensure fast switching.
