HGX3232EIMT/TR is a TSSOP-16 ROHS-compliant RS232 IC manufactured by HGSEMI. It is a low-cost, high performance TTL-to-RS232 line driver IC featuring a digitally-controlled receiver input for adjustable 0-15V signal conversion. The IC also incorporates automatic inversion of the input signal, making it suitable for both RS232 and non-RS232 line drivers. It has a 30mA low supply current and has an operating temperature range of - 25C to + 85C. Its features include self power down, data rate of up to 1 Mbps, specified data set compatibility, CMOS levels, and a 6ns propagation delay time. It is designed for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
