PCF857P with Interface - I/O Expanders DIP-16 RoHS is a digital integrated circuit manufactured by HGSEMI. It is used to expand the number of available input and output pins of a microcontroller or microprocessor. With a single PCF8574P, up to 8 additional input/output pins can be added. The PCF8574P offers excellent operating characteristics such as low power consumption, low standby current and 5V to 3.3V logic level translation. The device is available in a 16-pin Dual In-line Package (DIP) package and is RoHS compliant. It operates over a wide temperature range from –40°C to +85°C and is a great choice for various automation, home, and automotive applications.
