The Hitec 101-45 is a high-performance, low-cost oscillator designed to meet the needs of a variety of applications. It is based on a surface-mount, piezo-ceramic resonator which is designed to provide improved frequency stability and temperature characteristics over traditional quartz design technologies. The 101-45 provides a wide range of options to accommodate a variety of applications including voltage control, dual-frequency or multi-frequency output, various up and down-clocking modes, and can operate either in a compensated or a non-compensated mode. It also provides improved phase noise performance at higher frequencies, and can be tuned down to 140kHz. The 101-45 is ideal for applications such as industrial/medical instrumentation, automotive/aerospace/military systems, and telecommunication systems.
