The HT16L21 with LCD Drivers LQFP-44 RoHS manufactured by Holtek is an 8-bit microcontroller designed for LCD display applications such as automotive and industrial systems. The device includes an extended instruction set, up to 256 bytes of RAM, 8-bit data registers, a pin-compatible LCD driver, 8×40 LCD cell addressing and a 4 level power-down mode. The 44-pin, low-profile quad flat pack (LQFP) is RoHS compliant offering high performance, low power consumption, and superior reliability. It supports 1/1 or 1/2 bias LCD configuration, adjustable LCD bias/contrast ratio and is capable of driving up to 4096 dot segments.
