Additional Infomation About Product

The HT7127-2 Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) by Holtek is a three-terminal, fixed-output voltage regulator designed for providing ultra-low dropout voltage and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). It is a P-channel MOSFET-based device available in a SOT-89 RoHS small surface mount package with an operating temperature range from -20°C to +85°C. This device is capable of delivering up to 500 mA output current and has an ultra-low dropout voltage of just 500 mV at an input voltage of 2.5V. It provides built-in protection features and includes current limit protection and over temperature protection. Thanks to its low noise, high PSRR and excellent line and load transient performance, the HT7127-2 is ideal for providing power to low power handheld, industrial or other applications.
