The SS49E with Board Mount Hall Effect / Magnetic Sensors Flat TO-92 is a 3.0Vdc Ratiometric PCB manufactured by Honeywell. It is designed to provide reliable sensing of low level magnetic fields with a consistent sensitivity over a wide temperature range. This device is comprised of a flat TO-92 package made from tin-plated copper with an attached bracket for PCB mounting. It has a minimum operating frequency of about 2kHz and a maximum operating frequency of approximately 10kHz, with a typical frequency response of 30kV/G. It is ideal for various low-power applications, such as sensing rotors in brushless DC motors. The SS49E also provides a rectified output signal of between 0V and 3.0V for easy microprocessor control. The SS49E is a reliable and cost-effective solution for any sensing needs.
