The electronic part 10D180K with Varistors 14V 38V 500A with Through Hole construction and conforming to RoHS standards is designed and manufactured by Hongzhi. It provides reliable surge and transient overvoltage protection for commercial and industrial applications. The part is composed of an aluminium oxide based multilayer element with 500A of peak current rating, a 14V to 38V operating voltage, and 18pF of capacitance. It is also capable of providing up to 3000V of ESD protection and is offered in standard DO-205AB through-hole packaging.
