The CD4066BN is an analog switch with DIP-14, RoHS certification, manufactured by HTC Korea. It consists of four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches and is designed for digital-to-analog, analog-to-digital, and other signal switching applications. The CD4066BN features high channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground isolation, low off-state leakage currents, and low switching times.
