The HTCSEMI HT1232ARZ SO-8 Monitors & Reset Circuits ROHS is a high-performance, low-power voltage detector and reset circuit. This chip is ideal for monitoring power supplies and microprocessor/microcontroller reset functions. It offers precise voltage detection and low voltage reset detection (typ. 0.8V) with high accuracy (±1%). The device includes a wide-range input voltage range from 2V to 17V. It also features an adjustable reset output delay time from 0.7 ms to 12 ms. Additionally, the HT1232ARZ includes over-temperature protection and reset output open-drain driver. The package includes two LEDs that indicate the power and reset status.
