The HTCSEMI HT2451ARTZ is a DC-DC converter with a SOT-23-6 footprint and ROHS certification. It is a high efficiency, wide input voltage range (2.7 - 17V) and wide output voltage range (1.05 - 16V). It is designed to operate under harsh conditions, such as overcurrent, short circuit, and over-temperature protection. The HT2451ARTZ is high switching frequency and capable of up to 300mV regulator threshold at 1.2A of load current. It is stable with 4.7uF ceramic capacitors and requires no external EMI filter for typical applications, allowing lower BOM cost. The HTCSEMI HT2451ARTZ is suitable for a great variety of applications and provides the designer with a robust, precisely adjustable DC-DC solution.
