.The HT3232EARSZ with 140Kbit/s transceiver 2/2 SSOP-16-4.4mm RS232 ICs ROHS is a Serial Communication Interface (SCI) IC produced by HTCSEMI. It enables full-duplex asynchronous communication between two UART-compatible devices with support for speeds up to 140Kbit/s. It is equipped with two configurable receive (RX) and transmit (TX) ports, as well as an integrated RS232 line driver and receiver. The device is packaged in a 16-pin SSOP-16-4.4mm (Small- Outline Package) with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant components, suitable for use in a variety of applications.
