The HT3232EARZ with SOP-16 RS232 Integrated Circuit (IC) is a RoHS compliant IC manufactured by HTCSEMI. This high-speed transceivers IC developed with 0.13µm CMOS technology is an ideal choice for various applications such as industrial, industrial automation, communications, automotive, consumer electronics, and other low power applications. It features low power consumption, high-speed data transfer capability, low propagation delay, and enhanced ESD protection. The IC has 8 pins for power supply, 4 input/output pins for communication, and 4 control pins for facilitating serial communication. It also provides a built-in diversity receiver architecture and supports K, B, or V mode Burst signaling. The IC is also designed to support both PROFIBUS and KNX communication protocol. It is capable of handling data rates up to 8 Mbps and is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
